Spring Farm Sussex

Matthew And NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

4 bedroom house in Brighton and Hove

LornaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Idyllic Historic Cottage Henfield

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautiful, well decorated house. The kitchen was a nice big size and we loved the eating area in the veranda. The rooms were cosy and the bathrooms were clean and well set out - especially the downstairs one - and there was plenty of hot water at shower time. Ricky's communication was welcoming, clear and very reactive. We really enjoyed our sunny weekend in this cottage.

Beautiful Cosy Cottage near Arundel, West Sussex

HeidiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Michelle was really helpful and welcoming, accommodating us with an early check in at short notice. The cottage was spotlessly clean, with everything you’d need to prepare and cook a meal. It’s beautifully furnished, with comfy sofas and roomy beds. The garden seating is situated in a great sun trap, where we relaxed and watched the birds visit the feeders. Finishing touches such as fresh scones, and flowers made our stay there extra special. The coffee shop, Edgcumbes, is just 5 minutes walk away and was a real treat.

Spacious, characterful, fully equipped flat

Mary And JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
8 minute walk to train station and reasonable walk to beach. There are lots of hills in this town! We were happy to have good weather. There is lots to do in Brighton. We were there for a week, took train trips to Chichester and Lewes, which was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and hosts were generous in sharing things in the cupboards and freezer. We cook almost all our own meals, so the kitchen is important for us. The gas fireplace kept us cozy on chilly evenings, and it was quiet, which we really appreciated. They left us extra towels and sheets for our stay and their washer/dryer worked well.

**CENTRAL** stunning designer flat with sea views

FranziskaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Private 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views

LukeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Beachview Worthing prom, direct sea views! 5star!

Overall the flat was perfect. Fabulous location. Inside was recently decorated and appliances were brand new. The bed was advertised as King size and as we come from Canada we expected it to be like our King beds whereas it is a large double. We were able to use the sofa bed though. Bottom line apart from the bed size it was as advertised. Thanks Simon and Sansan

Stunning central seaside Regency

We had a lovely two nights at Charlotte's apartment. Plenty of space for us (family of four including two teenagers). It was clean, secure and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet street with beautiful buildings but also just minutes from shops and beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Really appreciated help with parking. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore Brighton.

Modern country villa, stunning gardens and view

KevinRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

Pagham Beach House, sea views,

CiaranRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.
The living area features comfortable leather sofas arranged around a central area rug. A coffee table sits atop the wooden flooring, while large windows allow natural light and provide views of the sea. Decorative lamps and a mirror enhance the inviting space.
