Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

Cute and cosy garden cabin in a quiet residential area of Hove, a short walk to the seafront and within easy reach of central Brighton. A 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stop. Mezzanine bedroom area with double bed, and a sofa bed. Suitable for a couple as well as families (up to 2 children) Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Power shower and heated towel rail. Private patio area with garden furniture. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

wow, our first airbnb and what a way to start. lovely friendly and helpful hosts. nothing was too much trouble. great size room which was very clean and tidy. bathroom facilities spotlessly clean. having had a busy journey the extra and unexpected cold drink in the fridge was so welcome. lovely stay very highly recommended.

Emma's place is a real jewel... just around the corner and within walking distance from my course location. Emma's house is very modern, freshly decorated and quirkily furnished, as you would expect from a fellow artist. I felt very comfortable and safe, and we enjoyed chat time as well as alone time, without issue. My room was really comfortable, and so very peaceful that I slept soundly for the first time in ages. And Juno the dog provided the most enthusiastic welcome back each day... I would highly recommend Emma's place to anybody visiting Brighton, as it offers free parking and is on a major bus route into town... I will definitely be returning when I next visit Brighton...

I had a very comfortable one nights stay at Bettina’s house. It was great having your own bathroom and not having to share one. The house was very well located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Bettina and her husband were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again if I’m visiting the area and need an overnight stay.
