The studio was really good and in close proximity to the beach and within walks distance to Hove. As stated in the previous reviews the stairs were a challenge to get used to otherwise there was no other issues and was as described. The parking was a real boost as it can be a pain parking in Brighton. The downstairs area was nice and Mitchel was very responsive.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely place to stay, Jackie is a lovely host and would highly recommend to stay here! Would definitely stay again if I was to come back to Brighton for a night or more!

Great stay in Hove for a week. 5 minute walk to beach and great restaurants and bars near by. Flat a great size, was immaculately presented and had everything for a lovely stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked a stay.

Absolutely amazing apartment! So beautiful with such great location, easy to get to the beach & any restaurants/bars/ clubs you may want to go to! Easy to get in and out, no need to worry about forgetting a key which is always handy. Would be a great space for couples or friends and could not recommend this beautiful space enough!! Cabs are also easy to pick up & drop off, only downside is no parking, £50 for an overnight-afternoon stay in the closest car park which was a 10 minute walk away. Parking on the street is permits only until 8pm. May be easier to get a train rather than drive.

The Vesto apartment’s we booked were private and presented in immaculate condition, there were some initial issues as the apartments had just been refurbished, however between Vesto and AirBnB the issues were resolved. We would not hesitate in booking these apartments again.

We had a wonderful stay at Monika's flat in Brighton. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable as mentioned. Monika was a responsive and helpful host. She was quick to answer our questions and even offered to provide a microwave upon request. The check-in process with the key locker was smooth and convenient. The kitchen was functional, and the under-counter refrigerator was adequate for our needs. The flat provided a comfortable base for our Brighton adventure. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to stay again in the near future. We would happily recommend Monika's flat to other travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay in Brighton.

What a wonderful gem of a place. The photos of the apartment almost don’t do it justice! It really exceeded our expectations in terms of how nice it looked and how spacious it was, and also how spotlessly clean it was. The hosts really have thought of everything, and they were so kind going above and beyond leaving our 18 month old not only a high chair but also boxes of toys and a book for her to play with which was a godsend! We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to friends. I hope we can visit again one day! Location is perfect too, and even the rain couldn’t dampen our enjoyment.

Great place to stay for a few days (I was solo travelling). Makey was extremely accommodating for check in and check out times, which I really appreciated. The flat is super close to Hove beach and an easy walk or bus ride from Brighton city centre. Really good value for money, will stay again if back in Brighton, thanks so much!

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

The location of this apartment is superb! Great base to explore Brighton from. The apartment is small but clean, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a short break. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy access into town either walking or by bus stop just outside. Would recommended it as a place to stay and explore Brighton and the beautiful surrounding countryside too if that's your thing.

We stayed here for a week during half term as a family with two children. The flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and felt well looked after with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The hosts were super helpful and communicative prior to staying and throughout. The flat is in a good location, close to the sea and a 20 min walk to the pier or short bus journey, it is on two good bus routes so never had a problem here. There are lots of shops, cafes, bars and short walk away and a lovely bakery close by for breakfast. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Brighton.
