Beautiful cottage with garden in Pörtschach!

At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, table tennis table and a barbecue. The covered terrace with large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.
