Family-friendly vacation rentals in Portofino

The location and view were absolutely spectacular! Having a balcony to enjoy the waves & beauty was such a pleasure. The apartment had a sitting area, kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Hanging space in the closets was a bit tricky as the hanging racks were well about a persons head & the apparatus to assist us a bit clumsy to use. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated! Laura’s place is a little sanctuary with the best view of Monterosso!

Just look out of the window and enjoy the VIEW! Staying at Angelos Penthouse really was a brillant family holiday. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying life with our own private pool for the kids on the roof. Nothing more to say. 😃 Angelo and Tommaso were perfect hosts with some really good tips. We will.come back

We (6 friends) stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect!!! The location is so close to the train station (but we didn’t hear the trains at all!). The value was fabulous, and its walking distance to everything in town (and of course to the regional trains for the area). Patrizia and her daughter are fabulous, responsive hosts; we appreciated the restaurant recommendations and when our previously arranged boat trip fell through, they were able to make arrangements for a wonderful alternative the same day. The apartment far exceeded our expectations s in terms of size and beauty. What a marvellous stay!!! Highly recommend!!! We will be back… 😊

Everything went very well at Lino's, the accommodation is as described, clean and very quiet, as well as parking and garage on site. Close to the city center, restaurants, entertainment and the train station and bus shuttles to get to Portofino, Camogli and all the wonderful places on the Ligurian coast in a few minutes. Very nice place to relax for a few days.

Beautiful location, isolated from the village and with a unique sea view. Quiet and peaceful, it's nice to get there after a short walk and admire the landscape.

Our stay at Noemi’s place in Corniglia was absolutely perfect. We weren’t sure which village in Cinque Terre to stay in of the five, but we were so happy with our choice to stay in Corniglia. It is quiet and quaint and we appreciated that it wasn’t as busy as the other towns we traveled to. The views out the windows and on the terrace were breathtaking and we enjoyed having a morning coffee sitting outside. All of the amenities on the listing were present for our use and it felt like a home away from home. The interior is absolutely adorable and it was a very charming apartment to spend a few days in. Noemi was an excellent host. She helped direct us towards finding parking and was always quick to respond to messages. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in beautiful Corniglia!

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so cosy, stylish, and full of character—it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the centre and the train station, which made getting around super easy. We especially appreciated all the helpful info provided about things to do in the area. We walked to Portofino one day (such a beautiful experience!) and took the train to Monterosso for a fantastic day trip. Both were highlights of our time here. Everything about the place made our trip extra special—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful time at Laura’s place! The accommodation was perfect for our family – very clean, lovingly furnished, and we felt at home from the very first moment. Laura was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available and full of great tips about the area. Our children also felt completely at ease – the pool was definitely a highlight! We can 100% recommend staying at Laura’s and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

This was a midway point on a long journey. It was so nice to wake up and have nothing to do but eat and enjoy the day on the water.

Fantastic villa. One of the best kept gardens we have seen. Unbelievable view. Well functioning house. Good location in the area. Bring some smaller luggage instead of one big one. There are 140 steps to the villa from the car

Elisa, you made our honeymoon a dream! Prior to the stay she sent us lots of information, pictures & voice notes to help with all our queries! We drove down to Santa Margarita after getting married in the lakes, it rained so I asked her if there was a dry cleaners who could clean my dress and my husbands suit and she took them straight after directing us to the property (it is beautiful and peaceful what we needed after a hectic social wedding!) Her husband helped carry our bags and they both were so friendly and have the most beautiful restaurant we had the pleasure of visiting! They left us a gorgeous bottle of wine on arrival which we drank whilst opening cards by the pool, and brought us stunning meats and cheese with olive oil made from the olive tree we sat under -just beautiful! Each morning Elisa left warm croissants and fresh fruit on the garden coffee table which was delicious and so thoughtful! Communication was amazing, thank you for everything we were truly sad to leave xx

Franca's place was awesome - spacious, clean, and centrally located on the waterfront in Santa Margherita Ligure. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and walking areas right in front of the apartment. I would highly recommended Franca's apartment. The only negative was a 60 euro cleaning fee which was communicated after I had already made the booking (and needed to be paid in cash).

The flat is in a great location for all that Santa Margherita offers. Eleanora & her father were very accommodating with an earlier check in. I saw another guest said this but the shower door is narrow, if you are bigger (like myself) it can become an issue. Other than that no issues.

We really liked Giulia's house for its historical allure. It was perfect for our Ligurian weekend! We recommend it :)

We loved our stay at Manuela’s place! She is a fantastic host who gave clear directions including a welcoming tour of the property. She even met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment to make sure we didn’t get lost. Her recommendation to hire a porter for our luggage was spot on. Plus she was very responsive when we contacted her with questions often responding within a few minutes. And the bread she provided was a highlight!!

We had a wonderful stay at Greta and Nico’s! Greta was very friendly and met us at the train station and helped carry our bags. The place is up a steep hill, but centrally located to the town. Greta gave us a map and provided recommendations. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She even answered late at night with help in how to locate a nearby hospital when we needed it. We highly recommend staying at Greta’s place!

We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso. the apartment was wonderful and excellent fro a group of friends. The terrace was fantastic and worth the steps up for a fabulous view. The apartment was exactly as described and very quiet but right in the centre of the old town. Communication was clear and quick with Maurizio, as was check in arranged by Oliver. We would highly recommend the apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Vernazza all thanks to Franca! The location is truly perfect and the apartment has everything you need. We even left some stuff behind, and she was kind of enough to take the time to ship it to us. She was also very accommodating in helping us find restaurants and getting reservations in the area. We love Franca who helped us love Vernazza!
