We received a warm welcome and found a perfectly clean and very well-equipped apartment. The location is ideal for walking to the center of Monopoli and very well located for access to the surrounding villages by car. Marino was very responsive to our various requests. We highly recommend this listing.

The host was very friendly. The district always responded very quickly. It was flexible with regards to check-in and check-out. The apartment was perfect and complete. Extremely clean, tidy and spacious. The location is great. Less than 15 minutes' walk to the historic centre by a beautiful path down the waterfront. Smart TV in the living room and bedroom. Garage space in indoor and enclosed area. Large and modern bathroom. It has an area to store suitcases, shoes and jackets. I highly recommend you stay.

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

Even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight we received a very warm welcome from Mariarosaria and her son who kindly met us at the station and took us to the apartment. Once inside, we were given a quick tour and explained how everything worked and recommendations for where to have breakfast, evening meal etc. The apartment itself was immaculate and to sum it up in one word, charming. It looks exactly like the photos and is decorated beautifully with furniture to match. The location is also perfect. 10 minutes walk one way to the train station and another 10 minutes in the other direction to the Old Town which is full of restaurants and bars. As other reviews have said, the bed in the main bedroom is indeed firm and the church bells do ring every day at 8am but neither of these things impacted on our stay. Mariarosaria is a great host and I cannot recommend her apartment enough. We will definitely return should we visit Monopoli again!
