Vacation rentals with breakfast in Porto Santo Stefano

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Cozy place, the furnishings of the house are cared for in every detail, the mountain house seems to take you back in time. Ida provided all the information in a clear, detailed and precise way, she advised us to see the Borgo di Santa Fiora (beautiful! to visit) a few kilometers from Bagnolo. I recommend it to those who love quiet places in contact with nature.

Marisa warmly welcomed us and immediately offered something fresh to drink. She also told how we could go from one beach to another for free with a van. She went out of her way to make herself understood, although she doesn't speak much English. She also provided breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean!

Simone is a fantastic Host. He is present for anything and responds immediately trying to meet you on what he can. The house is well cleaned, well maintained and in practice you are in the heart of Orbetello, a fantastic oasis. We will definitely be back again.

The stay in the apartment was pleasant , Ilaria is a great host , always available and able to give you great advice. Very clean apartment, strategic location both for its proximity to shops and restaurants , and to reach the beaches of the Argentario, with an added value of the private parking space.

I stayed 4 days with my two grandchildren in Antonella's apartment and I had a great time. Antonella was a perfect host, always available and interested in us being well. The apartment, which enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, was super clean and has all the comforts one needs to spend a relaxing vacation. The pool is also beautiful and in a quiet, clean garden. The location of the farm is perfect, because it is quite close to the sea and also to the beautiful village of Magliano in Tuscany, where you can eat well (Antonella recommended some restaurants). Among other things, Antonella made us find in front of the door a box full of tomatoes from her garden, a really beautiful gesture. I recommend this place to everyone, as it is 4-star for me, even if the prices are low. Thank you, Antonella, for the beautiful vacation!

Thanks to the ENTIRE family, we felt welcomed and well received. They were always accommodating and never obtrusive. The home is nestled among an olive grove with two very sweet cats. It so peaceful during the day and no light pollution, which made excellent star gazing. We were about 15 minutes to the downtown area but felt like we in a private resort. There’s a full fridge and large oven/stove so you can stock up and make meals. Most importantly, my Mother has very limited mobility, there were no steps or elevator for the first floor bedroom (second bedroom is upstairs with a gorgeous view)

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

This place is truly amazing, with breathtaking views. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, homemade bread and tiramisu that we’ll never forget! Enjoying our meal outside surrounded by spring greenery was like a dream. Gaia and Nico are wonderful hosts; kind, responsive, and full of great tips for exploring the area. We felt so at home and can’t wait to return, especially to try the new yurt with its jacuzzi!😍✨

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic – just a pleasant walk to the sea, which we absolutely loved. We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.

We spent two nights in the property managed by Mr. Croce who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, recommending with great fun from the best beaches to the most characteristic restaurants around Magliano. The room, overlooking the interior garden (for a fresh and relaxing breakfast) and the Isla del Giglio is even more beautiful than the photos. Cleanliness and silence make the stay even more pleasant. It's unfortunate to only spend two nights, and we'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!!
