Monthly Rentals in Porto San Paolo

Francesca's house is located in a settlement about 2 km from the sea. Some houses are permanently inhabited in this settlement. In October, apart from the normal sounds of a city, it was very calm. From the terrace you had a wonderful view of the sea. Our girls enjoyed the neighborhood's cats very much, even if they sometimes left a "gift" in the parking lot. The place itself is well equipped, two nice bathrooms. Since the bedrooms are located in the "basement", these are probably well air-conditioned in summer. However, there is also air conditioning in each room. The kitchen is also well equipped so far, but we were missing the opportunity to toast a little. There are two well-stocked supermarkets in the village - about 15 or 20 minutes walk. Also some restaurants, cafeterias are here. All in all, the apartment was a great last stop in Sardinia - it takes just 20 minutes to get to the airport from here.

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

We were very pleased with everything. Martina was always available and always gave us quick answers to questions.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants.
