We had an amazing stay! Francesca was incredibly kind and always responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The house was in excellent condition—especially the terrace had a beautiful view. The location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute drive to the sea, local restaurants, and the best gelato spots. It was the perfect place for four people to stay comfortably. If we ever come back, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Silvia’s apartment was absolutely stunning, super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away. Silvia is a fantastic host. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

The host is friendly and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, great value for money!

We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it is a beautiful and modern place where we felt immediately comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. Raffaela is a really very nice contact and always available. She welcomed us personally, we felt very welcome. Thank you! We are happy to recommend it and will be happy to come back ourselves!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Fabio was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information in advance. The apartment was as described and there was realy everything available you could possibly need. Murta Maria is a very quiet place. So without a car there is not much you can do. I was there with my dog and for calming down and walking around it was great. Nice nature to see. My favourite place was porto istana beach (30 minutes walk).

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Thanks to the good description, even with videos, we found the apartment right away. She made it possible for us to get into the apartment earlier, as our flight is loaded very early. That was very kind. She also made recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was clean and the pool was too. There was a capsule machine for coffee and a spacious fridge and freezer. Everything worked and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There is a safe, I thought that was great. There is a balcony for sitting outside and one for hanging laundry. This is very convenient. We were very pleased. There is only one thing to complain about. There were no tabs for the dishwasher and spices were just a little salt and pepper. If we had known, we would have taken something from home. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We enjoyed the somewhat remote location and the wild garden. The road to the house is relatively narrow, so it is difficult when there is oncoming traffic. We were only disturbed by the mosquitoes, but unfortunately you can't change that.

Very good stay with Mari. The accommodation is very well located in the city which allows you to do a lot of things on foot. Functional accommodation can be a bit noisy with the passage of cars.

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Massimo’s house was perfect. We loved our stay. The house is in a great location, a short drive away from many beautiful beaches. The house had everything we needed. Great communication from Massimo! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

The house is located in the middle of the mountain in a very quiet, secluded location - about 300m from the road. The big gate gives a sense of security. The accommodation is clean, simple and beautifully decorated, just as we wanted. Small things like coffee and spices were available. Also some coal for the grill, which we unfortunately did not use because of the wind. Communication was always perfect and hassle-free. From the accommodation you can head in all directions to cities or beaches - San Pantaleo is a real gem! We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Particularly beautiful was the garden with terrace – ideal for relaxing. Communication with the landlord was always straightforward and very pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the helpful tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

Very nice quiet cottage in the countryside. Very nice for our little dog, no worries about contact with other animals. The house is spacious and comfortable, atypical and tastefully decorated. Very good hospitality also for showing us the way and introducing us to the house. We'll be happy to go back, I recommend it.
