Monthly Rentals in Porto d'Ascoli

The place was very large and superbly equipped (towels, coffee machine, dishes, etc.). In one of the rooms there is a bunk bed and these two beds are not particularly comfortable, but the other room is really great. The location to the beach is really great and we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, although you have to take another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent seafood lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't enjoy the view but a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay. Dino was full of advice, always diligent and lent us his bicycles, which were useful for getting around the long bike paths in the area. We reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, in two minutes you could reach the main street, lively and with many clubs We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return.

Everything is very nice. At check-in, we were welcomed by Antonia's father,a very kind and helpful person who immediately put us at ease. There was no opportunity to meet Antonia who came in person to greet us before the check-out, a gesture that we appreciated very much. Either way, she was always available throughout the stay in case we needed it. Want to talk about the apartment? New,clean,cozy,cool and a short walk to the sea. The highlight is the balcony that goes around the house where you can have lunch and dinner while enjoying the sea breeze. Among other things, it is equipped with everything, including air conditioning, which is not necessary (very ventilated apartment), we went out of our way to find something that was missing but we couldn't do it, there is even a hairdryer and iron, things never seen elsewhere. Everything as described,the apartment is equipped with a garage and an additional private outdoor parking space and there are 4 bicycles with which you can reach the sea and the center of the village with less than 5 minutes. We've already decided,we'll be back next year too!!!
