Apartment vacation rentals in Porto d'Ascoli

Four-night stay, great experience! The house is small but cozy, offering all the necessary amenities. The garden where we set up outdoor dinners and breakfasts is also very welcome. Air conditioning is present, as well as a washing machine. We spent wonderful days at the beach and relaxing.

Great location, quiet house. Parking in front of the house and supermarket very close by. There is only one broom in the place. For longer stays, a vacuum cleaner would make sense. Everything was clean.

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

I liked the balcony overlooking the sea...functional and spartan the studio the way I like it. On the seafront, just outside my very attractive pastry bar building.

A warm welcome from Diana, with a small cake and a glass of wine from the estate. We felt like we were at home. A peaceful retreat surrounded by vines with a beautiful scenery of the region and mountains. Wine tasting of the estate unmissable by Amerigo sharing his passion with us. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro opened their doors to us, showed us around their winery and helped them participate in their activities. Always available, quick to do us a favor or inquire. The sea is about 15 minutes away, beautiful places to visit nearby, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto with its narrowest street in Italy. We had a pleasant stay, in a beautiful and quiet setting. At the end of our stay, we left with a pinch in the heart. We will not forget the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, not to mention Charly, an adorable little dog.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

A stone's throw from the sea, nearby parking, close enough to the center, quiet area 4 perfect days

Excellent modern solution, equipped with everything. Sociable and helpful host. The sea is about 300 meters away, within walking distance. Alessio also provides bikes. It was very pleasant to stay at Alessio's.

Riccardo's apartment was fine for a few days . The location is good, close to the beach and in the area there is a lot to do. Own parking is a plus. Riccardo responded quickly to all our questions and was helpful. The only downside is that there are basic amenities such as dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, soap etc. missing but that was also to be read in the advertisement/ reviews of others so we were prepared. I will recommend Riccardo's accommodation.

Everything is perfect

The view and location are worth everything... 7th floor (with an elevator) very convenient location, on the San Benedetto seafront, beach in front of the house, both equipped lidos and beach... walking along the seafront to the center will take about twenty minutes/5 minutes by car. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view and the livable terrace where you can dine quietly in 4. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. During our stay we used the sofa bed and despite this the living area was still comfortable. The only downside, if we can call it that, is that it does not have an internal parking lot, that is, there is the condominium parking lot, but from 06/15 to 09/15 it becomes a parking lot for the condominium's bicycles and therefore there is a ban on cars. There are paid and free parking lots nearby. We were there now in June and apart from Sunday when we arrived and there were a lot of people, the other days we found a place in the free ones.

Raffaella is a friendly person, present and active but never intrusive. If you have any questions, you can count on her. He left us twice the sweets made by his mother and once the melon, already cleaned and cut behind the door, letting us know that we would find it there. The property information and amenities described are real. To get to the sea you have to walk 15/20 Min, at times in reading climbs, but you know this already before you book. The experience was really positive and in line with the directions you had!!

Perfect stay! The house is modern, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Giuseppina was extremely helpful, welcoming us without problems despite our delay. Always ready to respond and give us useful advice; friendly, attentive and very kind. We are really satisfied and will be back. Very convenient parking under the house and the bar downstairs for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone!

The stay is great! Brand new, Sparkling clean, spacious, a lovely terrace with a table and a lounge sofa to enjoy the morning sun! There is a private parking space itself, but there is ample free parking space in the area. Nice longer and softer bed compared to other accommodations in Italy. Everything is provided in the kitchen with a dishwasher. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. The center of San Benedetto is over an hour's walk, but good for the workout to have a nice lunch afterwards! We enjoyed it so much and would recommend this stay to everyone, enjoy! And very nice contact with the owner!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

We had a fantastic stay for a big family reunion. Please be aware that when you book your stay it says the whole place will be for yourself and this can be misleading. You will have a whole apartment to yourself, but there are multiple apartments in the property that share the outside spaces. Anna, the host, was great! She was very attentive and cared well for us while we stayed. We had a surprise guest (with a dog) who joined us last minute and she kindly prepared an extra bed and took care of us. The place is just as pictured. The location is quiet atop a hill in the town of Case Alte, which is just about one street. It's a 15-30 minute drive to the beach and other surrounding cities/towns. The place is about one hour drive from the Pescara airport. They have a beautiful salt water pool with jacuzzi included. There is also an outside wood burning oven and grill that we used a lot and forged some wonderful memories eating and drinking surrounded by the beautiful nature.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful property, everything faithfully corresponding to the photos and description of the listing. It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for any need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
