All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Silvano’s place was amazing, very spacious and clean. Communication was great despite a language barrier and there were no issues checking in. Parking in the area was difficult and takes some time.

We had a great time. The apartment is located in a strategic area: very close to the sea but in a quiet and comfortable setting. The indoor pool offers an additional relaxing space, for those who want there is also the tennis court. It is ideal for families, those with bicycles can enjoy the bike path and visit the overflow coast. As for home life, we found everything we could need: from cooking to cleaning, we found everything we needed. Thank you very much for the hospitality received, we hope to return for a longer visit, so that we can visit the mountain, in addition to the sea, which by the way surprised us, we did not expect it to be so beautiful.

The accommodation is very welcoming, spacious and equipped with every comfort. It is also well ventilated, in fact we did not feel the need to turn on the air conditioner. The location is also great, just steps to the beach and shops. Thank you to Antonella for her availability and kindness.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. Beautiful garden, made entirely by the owner who demonstrates an innate sense of beauty... I recommend the oil they produce... For the summer they should add the pool... and at that point perfection will be achieved...

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
