Condo vacation rentals in Portland

This was my first experience with AirB&B. I hope all my future bookings are as great an experience as this was. Only rating 5 stars cause there isn’t 6.

I had been staying here for 2 weeks and extended for another week. Again, just a great stay with very communicative hosts.

Meghan’s place was perfect for our family of four. A quick drive or bike to the beautiful beach; Woolf’s for fresh corn and pre-cooked lobster; Five Acre farm for freshly baked pies (love the honour pay system!). Also lots of amenities on the grounds to take advantage of (swimming, pool, tennis, pickle ball). Would happily stay at Meghan’s place again.

Enjoyed the amenities here and the quiet solitude. Goose Beach is very close and Tania provided chairs, towels, and umbrella to make beach days a breeze.

It was really great staying at Tricia's, it was simple getting in the apartment and she was a good host. The pool and the hot tub were open all week even if it was mid-october, which was a surprise! There was a lot of touristic hot spots near the apartment!

Danielle was an excellent host. super responsive, and flexible when we needed it ! the rental is lovely and was a joy to stay in. the area was quiet and private 😁

The host was very helpful and the team enjoyed their stay at the house.

Evelyn has a beautifully well kept condo that suited our needs perfectly! Rooms were clean and stocked - very nice accommodations. Thank you, Evelyn for keeping in touch with us about check in/out, local restaurants and answering any other questions we had. Very enjoyable visit to Maine! Thank you again, Evelyn.

Séjour très agréable au condo de Mary qui est accommodant, bien équipé et confortable. La proximité de la plage et l’accès à une piscine ont été appréciés! Ce fut un moment de vacances très agréable!

ma famille et moi avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante chez Danièle. Tout correspondait bien aux photos. Nous avons aimé le salon confortable et le foyer, et l'espace qui est bien distribué. La cuisineetait mieix équipée que celles ce beaucoup d'endroits que bius acons loué.. Danièle a été joignable rapidement à chaque fois, et à été très efficace pour nous accommoder. Nous aimerions même revenir peut-être une ois en été ! Encore merci pour tout!

The Wells Beach condo was very comfortable and clean. It was off season so it was pleasantly quiet. It is very close to a great beach with a long stretch to walk and great for swimming and sunbathing in the good weather. There was a pool right outside the condo door which would be super convenient in the warm weather. The condo is well maintained and the ability to walk across the street to the beach is a great benefit. Plus there are restaurants and shops close by,

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

This is my third year in a row staying at the Wells condo. It is has been amazing each year. The other residents are very welcoming and friendly, always waving and saying hi. So much to do and eat right on the main road, with a short distance to beaches. I will absolutely be back for a fourth year!

We felt at home the moment we walked in. This condo has lovely comfortable furnishings, was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Chris was a great host and was great to communicate with. We will definitely return.

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Tyson was very responsive. We appreciated the fact that there was coffee in the fridge as well as creamer. :-) Not needing to run through a move-out checklist was great and made our early morning departure less stressful. I loved that there were plenty of towels and a stocked laundry area as well as throw blankets to use while relaxing in the living room.

The location is amazing. The view is amazing as shown in the pictures. The apartment was actually pretty quiet, we couldn’t hear anyone in other units and little to no noise from the beach or bar below, though we stayed in the off-season. The balcony is huge and plenty of seating options and the living room is spacious and lots of seating. We had two young kids with us and we all had a great time. Would stay again.

Logement très bien situé pour l'accès à la plage. Très propre pour une location en fin de saison. Par contre, il faut laisser les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit du train qui passe derrière l' immeuble. Nous avons eu un peu d' inquiétude pour la sécurité dans le voisinage lié au bar de la plage à proximité.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

The ski in ski out at Pleasant Mountain is hard to beat for families. The hosts were super responsive and our party of 8 had a great time.
