Our home is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Please note that the pool is not heated. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

A Guest Cottage in a Garden!

A spacious, quiet guest cottage on a gated 1.6 acre property in the center of town. It is just a short drive from Sequoia National Forest, perfect for day trips. Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard. You are welcome to stroll in the garden and pick fresh fruit off the tree. Wouldn't it be nice to pick your own oranges and have fresh squeezed juice in the morning!!
