Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with terrace 25 min from Pas de La Case. It consists of 4 beds including 1 bunk bed and 1 140x190 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, open kitchen. 3 min drive or 15 min walk to the chairlift that will drop you off directly on the slopes. Access to LA VIGNOLE station 10 min by car. In summer, many activities (hikes, canyoning, horseback riding...). Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheets, pillowcases) and cleaning not included.
