The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

A large resort style house with a heated salt water pool, fire place and ducted air conditioning system. This spacious home is situated in an ideal location in stunning Shoal Bay. The shopping and restaurant strip (including Shoal Bay Country Club) is just a 10 minute walk away. Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property (temporarily closed due to flood damage to the track). Mount Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.
