Vacation rentals with breakfast in Port Stephens Council

Brilliant stay - private upstairs area, walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay and very friendly host (with lots of good recommendations!). Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the place and Stuart helped us to check in . The bathroom is squeaky clean and the place is accessible to a beach and jetty which is beautiful in the evenings Highly recommend the stay here and we will stay here again for sure if we come again :)

Christine's place is just perfect. Nestled in a quiet location, but at the same time close to everything and close to the beach. The space was immaculately clean, and with having use of the bedroom, private bathroom, 2 living areas and the outdoor front terrace, very very spacious. I can only highly recommend.

Joy-Lynn & Bruce were incredibly warm hosts and we‘re so happy to having booked with them. They lent us some boards to „surf“ a very remote part of the dunes - maybe one of the prettiest spots of our whole trip! The only thing that was a bit of a surprise: we didn’t know there’d be another family staying with them at the same time. So it was a bit less quiet than expected, but we had wonderful conversations with everyone, got to play some piano and were given a delicious Easter breakfast. Thank you, Joy-Lynn & Bruce!

We had such a lovely stay at Susan's cottage! From the lush garden outside, to the beautifully decorated interior - everything felt very serene. Susan was a wonderful host going above and beyond with breakfast and treats! I would recommend her cottage to anyone. Thanks again Susan for your amazing hospitality.

I travel quite extensively and this is by far the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in! Pristine clean, quiet, private, and the bed is oh so comfortable. Even, different types of pillows to choose from. It looks like a professional interior designer was at work here. Vicki thought of absolutely everything! The kitchenette was stocked with goodies for breakfast & snacks, even milk & butter in fridge. When she found out I loved Nutella, she made a special trip to the store and had a jar and a box of chocolates sitting on the counter. No one beats Vicki's hospitality, bubbly personality or charm. If you are fortunate enough to book Vicki's place, you will be truly blessed! She makes you feel like royalty! I'll definitely be back!

Terry has a lovely little apartment, that is pet friendly. There seemed to be lots of walks we could have gone on, if only it had stopped raining! Terry is a great host and the apartment is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Thanks for a great trip Grant. The apartment is exactly as described a huge Bali bungalow with everything could ask for, even some Bintang sand champagne in arrival. Communication was amazing and made check in a breeze. We will be back.

We just returned from a wonderful family getaway at this charming Airbnb in the coastal area, and I can't say enough great things about our stay! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to the beautiful ocean views was just what we needed. Selena and Gary were incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so easy to settle in and enjoy our time. One of the sweetest surprises was receiving Easter eggs from our host, which really made our holiday feel special. It’s these little touches that truly make a difference! We spent our days exploring the nearby beaches (swimming and fishing) and sand boarding at the sand dunes, and it was so lovely to return to such a cozy and welcoming space at the end of each day. If you’re looking for a perfect spot for a family retreat, I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot fora relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the Bali theme, outdoor shower, spa bath, day bed, outdoor kitchen and walkable to Shoal Bay precinct and beach.

Wow what a great stay with the most wonderful hosts, Brian and Sue. They've been hosting people all over Australia and the world for many years and it shows. They were hospitable and so generous with their knowledge of their beloved bay. I truly hope they continue to share their love and local knowledge to others, such down to earth Aussies with a wealth of experience and stories!

The photos do not honour the room. It is even better in real! Very clean. Bedding really comfortable. 10 mn walking to the city center. 5 to the beach. Car Park available. Anne is really kind. Don’t look further and book the room!

We really enjoyed this French abode. This is a typical old-fashioned Airbnb where the hosts provide a delicious (in this instance) French breakfast. The room was very comfortable with lovely attention to detail. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very at home. I also loved their garden.

Welcomes by george to the property and had a great chat with him about the place etc. The rokm was great, bathroom great, brekafast supplies delicious. Can not fault in any way - other than us only booking 1 night like many others have said. His recommendations on wineries/eateries appreciated and well worth it. The artisan farmer a particularly good shout! Have already recommended this place to thr inlaws for a stay on their next trip. Cheers guys!
