Vacation rentals with a kayak in Port Stephens Council

Beautiful house in a quiet location right on the water. The dog loved running around the large fenced yard and the kids loved taking the kayaks out. There was a large kitchen to cook in and a huge balcony to sit out on and enjoy the views. There was plenty of space for us. David the host was friendly and helpful. We didn’t even go out as the house and waterfront was enough for us. We will visit again.

Amazing stay. Had kayaks in the house that we put to great use at the nearby beach. Overall, the house was clean and Louisa was very helpful!

This place was perfect! Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, close to everything but still nice and quiet. Plenty of space for our group. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% stay here again.

We had the most amazing time staying at Brett’s home. Brett was so helpful checking us in and showing us around. The view is amazing. We all had so much fun and the speakers added a pretty cool vibe to the house. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Brilliant hosts, responded with minutes all the time , and most importantly had a welcoming well stacked kitchen with extensive range of coffees, spreads.....the works . The place is divine right next to the water, and Liz & Lizardo even provide a range of kayaks, waterboards from their garage for you to enjoy the pristine waters. Will certainly recommend and go there again .

We (2 adults & 3 teens) had a great stay. The house was really comfortable - plenty of space for everybody. The view and beach were stunning. The two SUPs got daily use.

This airbnb is a hidden gem of a place! Julie truly went above and beyond with all the amenities in the kitchen including a huge variety of tea and coffee-she also provided us with milk as well as snacks such as cookies and Easter chocolate. We also loved the 2 kayaks that were so easy to take to the marina which was just steps away from the house. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and TV also came with Netflix. Julie has truly thought of everything we could possibly need for a great stay and my family was extremely impressed. Definitely one of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had. Thank you Julie!

One of the most beautiful place we've ever been to. Facing absolute nature, front beach house, it's genuinely breathtaking. One of my favourite moments was going on a walk around the property in the morning with Sunrise and Sunset. The service was impeccable—truly, I’ve never felt so pampered. This place provides the perfect blend of luxury, nature, privacy and just the right amount of gorgeous natural light and nice cleaning areas . Love your kitchen and my niece loved your bathtub. Just need to bring foaming bath with you. Pretty little gardens. Recommended this place hopefully we will go back next time.
