This is in an amazing location, right on the Marina,awesome views looking over the water,perfect for boaties,fisher people and perfect location to explore the beautiful Port Stephens beaches and hidden coves,the home has everything and more,we had great surprises waiting for us when arrived. The communication was excellent with Jody giving us information about how things worked. Great local seafood restaurant only 50 metres away and choices of cafes with great coffee only a short walk away,I highly recommend this home for a completely relaxing experience,thank you Jody for letting us stay in your home,Richard and Kelly

Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax, spend time soaking in the beautiful river and mountain vistas. Secluded yet close to all amenities, local IGA, RSL and Pizzeria. Not too far from Tea Gardens and Nelson Bay for all the activities. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Big screen TVs in Master and Living room a bonus. Fully fenced so our furry family member had a great time in and out.

David’s place was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, making my trip even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the beautiful view from the property. Waking up to such a scenic environment was a delightful experience. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance made me feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing such a wonderful space. I truly appreciated my time here and would love to stay again in the future. I’ll definitely recommend your place to friends and family!

the place is great and having the pool at your feet is great we will be back

You basically cant get any closer to the beaches in hawks nest. Jon is is a very friendly, responsive and helpful host.
