We immediately felt right at home as we walked in! The place was just beautiful, spacious and felt like we were on some tropical island. Loved the open plan bedrooms leading onto the pool deck, which was our main hang out area. Kitchen fully equipped! We did alot of cooking and we had everything available. Gas braai perfect for no fuss quick dinners. Dorkus greeted us like family and made us feel super welcome to the home! She was such a star and spoilt us helping clean after we cooked etc. Felt like a hotel! We were very well looked after! Thank you! We definitely will be back! Our new go to for the future holidays!

Leanne was the most thoughtful host, and the small things such as the coffee, tea and milk as well as a small gift on arrival really made our stay great. The house itself was beautiful and the estate amazing and easy going. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Leanne as a host.

very big house that allows you to your space and feel at home . town is near everything is near so no need to stress on anything that is missing. I went there with my crew and the guys loved how quite and free spirited the area is . we had fun and Im surely coming back

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious, private and comfortable flat! Marianne was fantastic—communication was excellent, and she was so friendly, making us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we could not have asked for a better host - Marianne is an absolute delight! The flat itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a "home from home." Marianne gave us access to her secure garage for our vehicle, we had access to Netflix, WiFi, outside sun lounger and dining/braai area. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach, a local restaurant and pub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely time!

We had a magnificent stay and couldn't have asked for a better spot.. the pictures truely don't do the house justice, it is airy and light and the views over the green golf course stretching onto the ocean makes this an amazing coastal beach home. Some points for consideration are that the wifi is a tad slow, we didn't need it throughout our holiday but perhaps something to take into account if you need faster wifi, to take along a booster. The fridge is also a medium sized fridge and this worked perfectly for us as we were only 4 adults and bought fresh produce frequently, so something to take into account if u have a full house of 10 people. There however is a large chest freezer and a bar fridge which was a great help. We loved having a pool for windy days when the beach wasn't ideal. A large patio also creates for beautiful evening braais and the borehole addition was an absolute win! What a beautiful holiday, we are already researching dates for our next stay.

There is not enough words to say how much we loved this home. We have never before changed our tradition as a family and this was our first time, but we found our new holiday tradition when we found this home. The view and the balcony took our breaths away, never felt more relaxed and at home..Margate itself was a bit of a let down, so would recommend beaches around like uvongo or shelley beach.. this is our new home for holidays

Absolutely beautiful location, perfect for a quiet relaxing break. The flat was clean, spacious & private. You can sit inside & look over the ocean or outside on the patio with palm trees and a tropical garden around you, always listening to the sea and the birds. I loved the outside shower to wash the sand off or just cool down. Lesley was lovely and very welcoming and accommodating and can give great recommendations for a day out. There is a quiet beach across the road with a tidal pool and a small convenience shop with friendly staff & a laundromat a 2 minute walk away. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Mevlynne had thought of every little detail—from extra blankets and toiletries and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The property itself is incredibly peaceful, with beautifully maintained grounds and spotless amenities throughout. Whenever we had a question, he was always available and responded almost instantly, which made everything so easy. The only thing to note is that there’s no Wi-Fi on-site, so you’ll need to purchase mobile data if you want to stream TV. That said, we found it actually perfect—who wants to binge Netflix on holiday anyway? We spent our time exploring, relaxing, and truly disconnecting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, well‑appointed getaway!

Really enjoyed my stay! The flat is close to a beautiful beach, a great pub and a nice convenience store. Check in was super easy and I felt right at home. I was also surprised that a new bag of charcoal was left for us to use, which I felt was very generous. I look forward to another visit!

Our family of five had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The unit was close to shopping centers for convenience and just a short walk from the beach. It was the ideal base for a family holiday. This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very spacious inside with stunning full seaview together with a huge balcony where you can sit and dine whilst feeling the sea breeze. I will go back again anytime and the host is very friendly and helpful. Wow
