Great Studio apartment with great amenities and very clean like a hotel! About a 10 min walk uptown from the main Ventura strip and beach. Cars can be loud but closing the windows was enough to make it quite, if anything it added to the experience of being apart of the town! Lovely experience overall and the hosts were very helpful in any case. Will be back! Thank you!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

David is professional, kind and friendly! The place is super clean well stocked with cooking necessities, rooms have great natural light, and the views are spectacular! There is a sweet library downstairs for kids, best Indian food restaurant across the street with other local restaurants that have excellent menus.. The vibe is cozy and welcoming!

What an amazing location! The water literally comes up to the house. Watched dolphins each morning and loved the recreation area. House was clean and eye masks were even provided for the bright loft. Thoughtful snacks and water upon check-in. Would stay time and time again!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

This is a great one bedroom unit on a beautiful private beach! It is safe and walkable. Marc is a great host and is thoughtful, considerate and helpful in many ways. The deck is large and the ocean puts on a beautiful show everyday! So relaxing!! The bed is very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great! The shower is modern and comfortable. A push of a button and your perfect temperature is experienced again and again. I loved it! Thank you Marc for a lovely, relaxing stay at your place! I look forward to visiting again at one of your properties.

This condo is is exactly as described – and v v clean. It is very conveniently located to Channel Island wharf and its Maritime Museum + Sunday Green Market, and excellent location for visiting the Seebee Navy base. Walking distance to shopping strip with everything you need, and various beaches all of 5/10 min drive away. The house itself is basic with all necessary items and easy street parking. Note that the 2x bedrooms are up the stairs, and there is a small step to enter the ground floor. If you want a terrific location to get around Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura – this is the place! Also Michael is a great, communicative host – helping out with an extended stay and answering all my questions effectively and efficiently. Will definitely rebook again when visiting family in the area.

Great places will be back again

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Michaels place was perfect for what I needed, and he was so responsive (thank goodness). I arrived in LAX late and didn’t get to his place until almost 1 am. I was about to walk in the wrong condo, and he quickly called me and gave me detailed directions. It was SO appreciated given how late it was. I booked this as a quick spot to sleep before hitting Channel Islands national park. It was perfect. Very convenient to the park and a grocery store.
