We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

My long stay in this apartment in El Grau de Mancofar was different than planned but still excellent in many ways. As a solo traveler with limited Spanish and no car, it was more isolated than I expected. However, Silvana was gracious to rescue me from the train station when taxi driver did not show up. The apartment was lovely and especially at the off season weekly rate. Also she’s a wonderful host. When I had an issue with the mattress Silvana again was quick to order a cover to address my concern. I would definitely encourage others to book here. I spent many sunny Fall afternoons on the patio reading and walking the beach that’s literally around the corner. The neighborhood shop owners were also friendly and patient with my intermediate Spanish skills. Lastly, I appreciated the like new appliances that allowed me to cook many meals at home. Thanks for a nice experience.

Extremely well positioned (near everything, near public transports, near nice places). Very clean appartment and well equipped. Host is very responsive and extremely flexible (checkin/checkout). Recommended and will come back if traveling to Valencia again !

We had a wonderful stay and Carmen was an outstanding host! Valencia is a terrific city to visit. We especially enjoyed eating traditional paella, sipping sangria in the warm sun and biking through the entire Jardin de Turia. Enjoy!

A nice place to stay. Has everything you need. Location is good, close to the Turia Gardens and The City of Arts and Sciences. A bit far from center but still walkable. Lorenzo was helpful and recommended restaurants and other things. Overall I recommend!

La estancia aquí fue muy buena, la limpieza del alojamiento es espectacular. El recibimiento al apartamento fue muy agradable, el señor que nos entregó las llaves (Vicente) es muy amable y estaba disponible a todo lo que necesitáramos. Los supermercados están muy cerca. Sin duda fue una de nuestras mejores estancias en Moncofar.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

Daniela es una espectacular anfitriona, muy respetuosa y colaboradora. El apartamento estaba tal cual se anuncia en fotos, facil acceso, bueno zona, excelente para parquear el coche y lo mejor es que Daniela nos atendio como si estuviera en casa. por cierto me encanto el detalle adicional que tuvo con nosotros.

Todo excelente, Miryam muy amable siempre pendiente de nosotros, la cocina muy amplia con todo lo necesario para la cantidad de personas que fuimos. Las hab muy comodas y todo limpio y ordenado. Fenomenal el ambiente y la tranquilidad

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Estuvimos muy bien. Zona tranquila y centrica con buen aparcamiento. Aunque coincidimos poco con Anabel,estuvimos charlando un buen rato con ella y nos pareció muy responsable y simpatica. Sin duda, cuando volvamos por esa zona, volveremos a su casa.

Una estancia excelente, un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito, con muchas opciones si te gusta el senderismo y/o la bici de montaña. La casa tiene todas la comodidades necesarias, y una terracita excelente para disfrutar ratitos de sol. Carlos muy atento. Si repetimos en la zona volveremos sin duda, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Para todo aquel que este necesitando del ruido del mar y de unos dias ideales en la playa, les recomiendo tomarse el tiempo y disfrutar de este paisaje único . El mar se puede vivenciar desde cada rincón de la casa. La casa ofrece mucho espacio y tranquilidad . La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Fina, gracias por compartir este lugar.

Aida couldn't have been a better host, allowing us to check-in earlier than planned and providing a welcoming arrival complete with a couple of complementary welcome gifts. She spent a great deal of time explaining the city to us with multiple restaurant and attraction recommendations with offers to book restaurants on our behalf as well as booking us a taxi to the airport on our last night. The location of the apartment was perfect within close proximity to bus routes (we used the 95 often), the jardin de turia park, plenty of lovely restaurants and situated within the beautiful old town. The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs as a family of four and not only would we not hesitate to return to Valencia, we would very happily stay at this property again.

Modern and super clean flat. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in a great area. 1 min away from the metro and from Mercadona. Tons of playgrounds around for the kids. Internet works very well. Nice kitchen with everything you need (clean and in good condition). Just be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd by American numbering) and there is no elevator (but otherwise the building is modern and totally fine).

Jorge ha sido un gran anfitrión, nos ha tratado como si fuésemos de su familia, volveremos seguro. El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado con todos los servicios necesarios, la zona es muy tranquila y familiar, con parques y zonas para hacer deporte. Tiene la playa muy cerca , restaurantes , etc. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias Jorge.

Hemos estado muy bien. Fiel al anuncio. Excelente la limpieza y decorado con gusto que te hace estar como en casa. Zona tranquila para ir con niños. Muy cerca de Valencia para ir a visitar.

Host sempre molto disponibile e gentile! Appartamento carino in una zona residenziale tranquillissima, adatta ad un soggiorno relax. Il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con una passeggiata. Ampia pineta di fronte all’appartamento. Ritorneremo se passeremo nuovamente dalla zona! Consigliato!

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.
