Vacation rentals with beach access in Port de Pollença

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. We’ve certainly enjoyed our stay, the apartment has been excellent. The communication throughout the booking process, prior und during our arrival was very smooth and you’ve got detailed responses in a timely, friendly manner. When we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely basket containing some local specialities and nibbles, a nice touch. The flat itself was like described, clean and comfortable. The location - we were familiar with the area beforehand - is in a rather quiet neighbourhood, located near the pinewalk area. Marvellous. We’d stay there again!

Beautiful apartment in a magnificent location. A very short stroll to the restaurants and shops with little beaches right outside. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we often ate out there. I’m a keen cook and another stand out from this place is how well stocked with equipment the kitchen is, it’s got everything you need. Loads of thoughtful touches here, right down to the beach towels and deck chairs. Highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Manuel provided lots of information regarding location/access. He also shared lots of restaurant recommendations, some hiking information and suggestions about things to do. Always very helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Balkone sind überragend und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Parken war leider trotz der früheren Jahreszeit schwierig, der Gastgeber hatte aber gute Tipps

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

The villa looks exactly like the photos and it was clean when we arrived. Instructions and communication were clear and the host was super responsive. We really enjoyed our time here, it was peaceful and quiet - just what we needed. Thank you for our lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and modern with all the bedrooms a good size with plenty of space to hang and store luggage. The beds were also extremely comfortable with nice pillows offering a very good nights sleep. There are 3 fantastic outdoor areas to eat and relax. Outside the main bedroom there is a terrace which we found to be a lovely space to sit, read and relax with a view over the lovely pool and gardens. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you will need to be able to cook like in your own home with plenty of crockery and utensils. WiFi worked well with no issues as well as a smart tv where you can access Netflix. There is free secure street parking and literally a few minutes walk to the beach and a lovely walk towards the port with no shortage of restaurants, bars, small supermarkets and shops. I would not hesitate to return to this property. The hosts were excellent and gave clear instructions for entry/exit.

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Gruppe wirklich super. Es war alles sauber und es gab super viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war genau das vorhanden, was Catalina auch in ihrer Beschreibung stehen hat. Die Mücken sind durch den See bisschen penetrant, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation lief super.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

we had a wonderful time in Pollenca and enjoyed Margaritas house, very quiet at night, great facilities, loved the outdoor area and appreciated the aircon during the day and at night. The house is very homely and comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The food and service at all the restaurants was very good. Great host, friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at this apartment and again the location, cleanliness and communication was off a high standard. Thank you Pere

Appartement confortable et spacieux avec une vue exceptionnelle, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Xesca est une hôte très agréable et attentionnée. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un séjour merveilleux.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Die Unterkunft von Eva ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung wirkt hell und freundlich und alles ist akkurat aufgeräumt. Die Betten waren bequem und wir konnten gut darin schlafen. Ein Babybett sowie einen Hochstuhl hat Eva uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Equipment in der Küche war ausreichend vorhanden. Toll fanden unsere Kinder die Badewanne im Bad. Wir fanden es zudem gut, dass beide Bäder Tageslichtbäder waren und somit mit Frischluft mit geöffnetem Fenster gelüftet werden konnten. Anfragen unsererseits ist Eva direkt und schnell angegangen. Wir haben insgesamt zwei schöne Wochen in Port de Pollenca in Evas Unterkunft verbracht.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Accueillis par le chaleureux sourire de Stéphanie, nous avons trouvé un appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Situation idéale entre mer et montagne, au calme, l'appartement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec douche à l'italienne. Très belle terrasse et surtout localisation à moins d'une minute du bord de mer et de sa très belle promenade. Stéphanie nous a donné toutes les informations utiles adaptées à nos préférences pour un bon séjour dans la région et a été flexible pour notre horaire de départ. Grand merci à elle pour cet excellent séjour, son souci de qualité du service rendu et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about
