It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of sleeping two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor space with wooden deck, barbecue and a small artificial grass area will be perfect for your relaxing moments.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

You can explore the Landes beaches and the Basque coast (20 minutes from Bayonne and hossegor/CapBreton). This semi-detached rental also benefits from a wooded and flowered setting in the middle of a park of 7000 square meters and a beautiful swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, open from May to September depending on the weather). Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
