The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

The environment is idyllic, very quiet and yet close to the axes allowing to radiate throughout the region which is superb (sea, countryside, mountain). Marie-Anne is a very warm and welcoming host, she and her husband have good advice on restaurants and activities. We will be happy to go back and recommend their home.

An unbeatable experience at Vincent's house 🌟 We spent three amazing days at Vincent's house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment, the communication was friendly and very attentive. Vincent made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The house is simply spectacular: bright and tastefully decorated. Every corner is designed to relax and unwind. The pool was our favorite place during the day, perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! In addition, the house is well equipped: full kitchen, comfortable bed, well-kept outdoor areas and details that make a difference (such as extra towels...). The location is also excellent: quiet and private, but with easy access to everything we needed.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few beachfront bars nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity to the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

a wonderful stay, the house is very nice, where you feel good, bathroom, kitchen tastefully refurbished, the rooms are very welcoming with nice duvets, very comfortable beds, everything is planned for 1 relaxing stay as in the hotel with 1 nice garden landscape, the house is in 1 haven of peace, vegetation and forest surround you, and my dog loved it too. Thanks to Sophie and her husband for their kind welcome. We'll come back, that's for sure.

We had a great weekend with friends at Annie's. The house is superb, quiet and very clean. Annie's in-person hosting with her husband was very warm and friendly. I recommend my accommodation to all groups or families who want to enjoy the calm in a beautiful setting!
