Vacation rentals with a pool in Port d'Alcúdia

Een toplocatie voor wie graag centraal zit voor uitstapjes én toch zich wil kunnen terugtrekken in de rust van het platteland. Mooi zwembad, we zwommen zelfs in april, evenwel frisjes uiteraard. Vriendelijke eigenaars die snel reageren. Veilig afgesloten. Super hygiënisch.

Es una casa muy agradable, con cuatro ambientes muy definidos, ideal para cuatro o cuatro más dos niños, en un lugar paradisiaco, donde afortunadamente todavía podemos disfrutar de turismo local y natural en Mallorca. Sin wifi gratuita y sin televisión. Y con varios caminos fáciles de una horita!!😂😂

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue excelente. La vivienda es muy cómoda, está bien equipada y no le falta detalle: desde utensilios de cocina hasta productos básicos para el día a día, todo estaba disponible. Las habitaciones son amplias, agradables y cada una cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más confortable. La zona es tranquila pero bien conectada, ideal para descansar sin estar lejos de los principales puntos de interés. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy fluida en todo momento. Además, fueron muy flexibles con los horarios, permitiéndonos entrar antes y salir más tarde, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Como punto a mejorar, la presión del agua era un poco baja y la ducha tardaba en calentarse. En general, recomendamos mucho esta casa y sin duda volveríamos.

super pobyt. Wspaniały, duży dom jak w opisie, w domu znajdziesz wszystko co może być potrzebne. Dodatkowe atrakcje: bilard, tenis stołowy, flipper, trambambula, dart. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i pozdrawiamy gospodarzy.

Hatten zu 3 Parteien einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schönes Haus, toller Kindersicherer Pool. Allerdings waren wir mit 3 Kindern, davon 2 Babies da und der größere hat sich sehr über die Tiere (Schafe und Esel) gefreut, aber für die absolute Ruhe, die wir erwartet hatten, klingelten die Glöckchen der Schafe zu laut und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig und die Türe und Klinken quietschen und knarzen sehr laut. Nichts für schlecht schlafende Menschen oder Babies. Ansonsten alles prima.

Das war genauso, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit die wir auch viel im Haus und am Pool gemacht haben. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man von dort sehr flexibel und schnell und einfach am Strand, man kann aber auch in das nächstgelegene Dorf laufen für kleine Einkäufe oder den Wochenmarkt. Diese sind auch weniger touristisch und sehr authentisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Marga's place was just what we were looking for; a cozy, quaint home in the center of a quiet, historic village that gave us a great feel for the Mallorcan countryside. Good restaurants and grocery stores were in close walking distance. So many great destinations were an easy, scenic drive away. To top it off, the courtyard at her place is amazing, a perfect place for morning coffee and evening wine complete with the nicest cat we have ever met. Marga was super responsive and very sweet. This place was a great find!

Dar Aufenthalt bei Manel war sehr toll. Er hat sehr gut für unsere Familie gesorgt.

It was great for staying there only sleeping. For us the area was a really bit sketchy, but the place was perfect and Luis is really nice and helpful :)

Le quartier était calme debut avril. Nous avons trouvé sans difficulté un stationnement dans la rue mais peut être est ce plus delicat l été.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé a 5/10minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage d'Alcudia. l'appartement était propre dans un environnement agréable. idéal en famille de 4 avec 2 enfants. Merci encore pour votre accueil

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Francesco hat uns wunderbar begrüßt und stand uns bei Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt ideal in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung, perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen haben wir nur 35 Minuten gebraucht. Man ist rasch in den Bergen oder auch am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr geschmackvoll und es wurde an Alles gedacht. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt und ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein wirklich wunderschöner, entspannter Ort! Es war sehr sauber und absolut praktisch ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Teresa avec une bouteille (ok nous ne buvons pas mais c’est l’intention qui compte)… le logement est situé dans un environnement très calme. La literie est de qualité.

We had a lovely and relaxed stay! The property is really beautiful, well cared for and peacefully quiet as there are no neighbouring houses only cheap who will curiously great you. The traditional house is really spacious as well as the kitchen, which is equipped with all the utensils you need. We were only missing basic cleaning items like dishwashing soap and bin bags. It can get quite cold in the house itself during colder temperatures, for which we had to turn on the AC. We enjoyed the freshly picked lemons from the garden, the clean pool, and the huge flourishing garden. We would highly recommend staying here when you wish to have a calm stay and want to venture out to the rest of the island by car. Also the town is reachable by food or bicycle. We hope to come back one day!

Super schöne Finca- für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Hier ist es egal, wie viele Touristen auf der Insel sind- man hat ein großes Areal für sich und der nächste Nachbar ist weit entfernt. Gerne wieder.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Kommunikation viaWhapp problemlos und schnell. Unbürokratisch und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ruhige Lage, toller Pool. Für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet, ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Küche hell und zweckmäßig. Alles was man braucht.

Tolles Haus! Uns hat es sehr gut hier gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Das Haus ist stilvoll und für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie bestens geeignet.
