Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.
