Vacation rentals with a pool in Poros

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. The scenery is stunning and we enjoyed the pool area with the incredible views. Aegina town is lovely; lots of restaurants and local craft shops. Our visit to Moni island was fantastic too. The water is crystal clear. Beautiful. Nikos and his family are great hosts and we would love to return to the villa again.

This was our second stay at Marc’s place and it continued to meet our requirements for quiet, comfortable and spacious accommodation in Hydra. The accommodation is located on the flatter area of the village, just before it gets too steep. It is far enough away from the centre to avoid the crowds and night time noise, yet close enough to walk there in a few minutes. Like many Greek villages, the house may not be suited for those with mobility issues. The house itself has a number of steps and the approaching laneways are cobbled which can make dragging luggage a bit awkward (although using one of the local baggage trolley operators can address the latter issue). As the description indicates, it has a large outdoor area and the plunge pool is great if you need to cool off on a hot day. Even though it’s surrounded by other buildings Marc’s place is very private. We found Marc’s place to be perfect for our needs and would happily recommend it to others.

A truly secret and very fairly priced way to explore the beautiful island of Poros. The island is accessible from the campsite via a rural walk and boat ride across from Galatas. Porros itself is buzzing at the port and a cracking place to explore. As for the campsite, it is absolutely fantastic. My worry was that it would be too hot in the tent, but the fan is very effective and the room wholly spacious and comfortable, even decadent. Ablutions are also spotless and spot on. Despite the fact that there are quite a number of tents, the camp never felt crowded. It was entirely peaceful and family friendly (although I went in a couple). The beach area with a bar and delicious food is tremendous, supplemented by a brilliant shared swimming pool too. This is a truly remarkable place, run by entirely lovely people. I’d love to come back one day soon.

Fantastic villa. Great base to explore the island. Watching the sunset from the pool was amazing. The villa is extremely well setup & very private. The hosts were responsive, accommodating & relaxed in that island way. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend.

Most recommended! A beautiful villa with an amazing view, located right on the beach. The shoreline is shared only by a few villas, so it feels very private and peaceful. We stayed for 10 nights—7 adults and 3 children—and had the best vacation! Νεκταρία’s, the host, and Stratos, co-host were wonderful: incredibly kind, helpful, and always one step ahead with recommendations for places to visit and food-shop, even before we asked. They were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly designed for groups, with plenty of shared spaces to spend time together as well as private corners for quiet moments. It’s very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, grilling, and even making cocktails. We prepared our traditional festive dinner there and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Florian was wonderful meeting us at the port and helping us with our baggage. Nothing was too much trouble - he organized some laundry to be done for us, a rental boat for a day, and some great restaurants. The villa itself was beautiful and we adored seeing the photo books of the restoration/renovation process. Highly recommend - of course you need to be fit and able to walk the stairs but the view is spectacular and absolutely worth it.
