We felt very comfortable! Everything was super clean, in the middle of the village, communication with Markos worked smoothly. It was great that we were able to check out so flexibly. What you should know and was not visible to us in the photos: all rooms go to the street, you should not be sensitive to noise. The garden is more of a large concrete yard, good for laundry and the children to play.

Maria's place in Poros was a wonderful first landing spot for us in Greece for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood, in a very secure spot, inside an older apartment complex at the edge of the urban area so that one can sit on the back balcony and watch the many wonderful birds, the sunrise, moonrise etc. Its a small apartment but the balcony makes it seem expansive if ones likes to work and sit outdoors. Mattie and I and our small dog were there off-season and even in the fall the weather was amazing. Its a very short walk to two markets, a butcher, the beach, and several beach restaurants. Its a short and very pleasant walk to downtown Poros. We had a car but if we did not we would have rented motorbikes to get to the more remote beaches and tavernas. Maria was a very communicative host. We highly recommend Maria's place.

We loved this beautiful house and hosts so very much. It was a little slice of heaven, close to walk to the bay to swim and sit in the sun. We loved walking and it was always so lovely to come 'home' at the end of the day. Hosts were absolutely delightful.

We had a great stay! The house is in an exceptional place, breathtakingly beautiful. The road to get there, bumpy earth away from 15’, is not for every driver, but you get it used to it quickly. Beautiful views along the way, and also on site. The choice between 2 beautiful natural beaches with transparent water. We were there in early Sept. and shared 1 beach (with trees for some shade) only with 2 likeable 80-year-old ladies and their dog Rosa, who came to swim there every morning. The other beach is really "private" and blissful! The house is a bit messy, with no electricity grid -not for discerning visitors. You can use everything that is available freely. Lots of beds to place freely where you want. I slept outside and enjoyed a spectacular sunrise every morning. Tip: I brought a light solar energy guirlande that provided a lot of atmosphere and pleasant lighting for nice evenings outside on the terrace. Nice contact with the owners. A paradise! Merci!!!

I had the most wonderful stay at Odyssey camping. I came for 10 days as a solo traveller and stayed in the teepee christened ‘Olive’. Christina made me feel at home right away, with a friendly tour of the beautiful site, introduction to other guests and a refreshing drink at the beach bar. During my stay there was a storm with heavy rain - no problem for Christina ! She arranged a fun cooking course for us guests , and it truly felt like a little family together that afternoon. Christina as I mentioned to you - thank you for your sunshine ! ☀️ I will miss waking up in Olive every morning , listening to the sound of the sea, and watching the shadow of the olive trees dancing on the side of the teepee in the morning light. Rik and Katerina are kind and considerate hosts and have a wonderful team at the camping. I look forward to returning again next year.

We had an amazing time at this very spacial Villa. The spectacular landscape, the most beautiful beach, the romantic house with its roses and arches as the house's architectonic signature. The house is spacious and beautiful with handmade wooden carpentry. The artist is Michalis who takes care of the house and his wonderful daughter, Eleni who welcomed us most beautifully.

Can’t say enough good things about the place and staff! I ended up getting sick but the team fully supported me in finding what I needed to get well. They really make you feel at home here. All the amenities were great, the food was delicious and the location was beautiful. If you’re considering booking here, jump on it!

We had the best week in Galatas. Everything from communication to check-in, location, people and our little container house were just perfect. We were always waremely welcomed back „home“ after a day outside and even if we had our own kitchen we spent the time in the shared kitchen area because there was always someone from the team to talk to and even show us how to prepare typical Greek dishes. It was nice to have the opportunity to either cook yourself or also eat the delicious breakfast/ food provided. Thank you especially to Christina and Aggelos! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Florian was wonderful meeting us at the port and helping us with our baggage. Nothing was too much trouble - he organized some laundry to be done for us, a rental boat for a day, and some great restaurants. The villa itself was beautiful and we adored seeing the photo books of the restoration/renovation process. Highly recommend - of course you need to be fit and able to walk the stairs but the view is spectacular and absolutely worth it.

The house is ideally located quiet and with direct walking access to everything one can ask for. The fantastic view of Poros is another positive. It sparkled with cleanliness as Mr. Panayiotis didn't leave anything to chance. The spaces comfortable made our living easy and hassle-free. Fully equipped nothing is missing. Household appliances air conditioners that were working perfectly, etc. WIFI we didn't use but the router was there and open. The landlord informed us about what we would like and was always available on the phone. I highly recommend it for a family. I'd love to go again. Thank you, Mr. Panayiotis.

Helena and her son are great people, they make you feel at home right away and are both available and friendly. Although they live next to the villa, they let you experience the house without any intrusion and without ever invading your privacy! The house is fantastic, it offers all the amenities described and above all it is recently manufactured. The appliances are brand new and perfectly working, which is very important is the air conditioners, the common areas spacious and comfortable, not to mention the garden and the atrium where you can spend pleasant evenings in the company of the rest of the group. The bathrooms are clean, spacious and very well stocked with towels and everything you need for hygiene, such as detergents, sponges, etc. Everything is perfect! It is recommended to have a car if you want to move, otherwise the host will connect you with the taxi drivers in the area who take you to the beach with very few euros. A huge thank you to Helena (Host)!!♥️

We loved the house, the sea and the view from the first moment we came in. We enjoyed the lovely welcome from Eirine´s parents even though they do not speak english. The house is big and has enough room even for 6persons (we were just 4) and has everything you might need. The view from terace is breathtaking and the sea is beautiful and clear all the day. What a dream to start the day with a morning swim... We loved the secluded position and serenity and calm every day. The only thing to note - you need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing etc. you have to drive 20-30minutes. Not an disatvantage though, as you have the serenity instead. A place to remember and to return sometimes! Thank you Eirine and your parents.

Mrs. Eleni and her husband were very hospitable people. Willing to help with anything we needed about beaches, restaurants, etc., as it was our first time in Poros. Also due to an unexpected, as we missed the return ferry, we contacted them and they stayed another night at the home, even though the next day they were expecting new customers. We were very satisfied with the hospitality.

Theodoros' flat is amazing. Well located, comfy, nicely equiped...Cannot recomend more

A beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. A taverna 2 steps away to eat and 4kms from the port for the island of Hydra! Perfect! We made a stop in Ermioni, charming village and harbor.

Sarandos is an amazing host. Our family comes to Poros very often and his house is in the best location and is SO clean and comfortable. I have two small kids and could not have been happier with the amenities, comfort, and ease of the stay. We plan to always stay here if available. This property really made our vacation great.
