A quality home - peaceful, relaxing, warm and comfortable. Loved the proximity to Plimmerton warf to watch the Waaka Ama racing. Beds were super comfortable. The heaters on the roof meant we did not feel the Wellington chill at all. Miriam was so easy to communicate with.

a big comfy space with lots of amenities, well suited for families. parking may require some skill but Gabbie was a kind and responsive host that gave clear instructions beforehand.

Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, homely airbnb. We were greeted with a personalised sign, choccies, and plenty of fridge/pantry bonuses which made us feel super special and welcome. The family all loved setting up their cozy rooms and relaxing in the spacious comfy lounge. All amenities were excellent and there was nothing we needed that wasn't thought of. Communication with our hosts was great. 10/10!

What a joy and delight to start our trip to NZ at Sarah's beautiful home. The house is an easy distance from Wellington City, but also gave great access to the beautiful Kapiti Coast. The view out to the Tasman Sea and Kapiti Island were like no other. A pohutakawa tree was blooming up against the deck and we regularly saw tui there. Sunny, cosy, and with three very comfortable bedrooms below. We slept so well in the beds, and enjoyed using the full bath. Sarah had plenty of linens, and was incredibly responsive and helpful. There was a lovely back deck to eat on, and a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. It was an easy walk down to the Pukerua Bay zigzag, leading down to the beach, with access around the bend to spectacular sunset views of the South Island. Many days, a highlight was coming back to the beautiful house and enjoying a cup of tea on the deck. A memorable and beautiful stay! Thank you!!

We loved the charm of this home. it was extremely comfortable and plenty of room. Family friendly. If we had youngers, they would have loved the trains. They were super helpful when we had questions and had instructions for everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again! Thank you for sharing this with us!

Lovely little place. Viv is a great communicator and was generous with supplies and arrivals/departure times. Totally adequate as a base for us to stay while attending some training nearby.

A fabulous location close to city ferry, beaches and bush walks. Also easy walks to cafes and shops. We loved the privacy, the fenced courtyard so our dog was safe and a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the washing machine as we were there for a more extended stay, everything we needed to make simple meals, and space to work as well as relax. We highly recommend and will be back ourselves!

Beautifully decorated apartment was a real treat and the stunning views and sunsets from the windows and decks made it even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully catered for, making us feel truly at home.

This is a great value Air Bnb, location is very handy to the city centre (5 min drive) & is quiet. Walking distance to Sky Stadium. We loved the apartment, was very spacious, clean & modern, and great views. A bonus having off street parking. We would stay here again & recommend to all.

We have stayed hundreds of holiday rentals and without doubt this is a solid 5-star ppty. The ppty was super clean, amazing floor plan, all the required amenities plus much more, comfortable furniture of the highest quality and our lovely host Ruby includes various sweet delights. The decor is 5-star and it's obvious that our host is totally focused on presenting a high standard which is a credit to her professionalism and attention to detail. We firmly rate this ppty and our host Ruby a solid 5-stars but without the 5-star price. This ppty and host shoots up to one of our top 5 rentals we have booked over many years of travel.
