A spacious, comfortable property with lots of charming original features. Jackie was a wonderful host, extremely friendly and fantastic comms throughout. The space was spotlessly clean and Jackie had gone the extra length to ensure my comfort with additional blankets and preemptively putting on the heat pump and I was visiting on a cold wellington day. Property is perfectly located within walking distance to the local shops, cafes and supermarket as well as the beach a few streets over. The property is set back from the residential road, so was super quiet,

A great stay, the place is beautiful, and it’s hard to get tired of the view over Island Bay. Thank you for your responsiveness and the various games you brought us, we really appreciated it !

Great place, had everything we needed and really convenient for walking to local activities.

Didn’t take any photos of the place, however the view was stunning! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. It was a great big space! On Rainy days I did wish there was roof cover for the balcony… also for those who can’t do stairs. There was a few flights to climb! But well worth the trip. Amazing host, milk, coffee and a wine on arrival! Greta cafe right under the apartment was fair priced, delicious and great customer service! Thank you Giles & Zoe

I loved loved Mary’s apartment. It’s architecturally interesting, plus has beautiful and functional interiors. The bed was super comfortable. Although noisy on Friday and Saturday nights from the party goes on the street, ear plugs were all I needed for a good night sleep. Well-equipped kitchen was a bonus as I like making my own breakfast when traveling. The location was perfect too. I’d love to stay at Mary’s apartment again when I’m back in Welly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here and particularly loved the cosy wood burner and the incredible view, with the sound of waves. Paekakariki is a perfect and relaxing holiday destination. We didn’t want to leave!

Nice place to stay, close to the estuary with a great coffee shop close by. Short walk to the train station. Comfortable beds and a great heat pump. Well supplied place and Cathy is very friendly.

Our stay for the last weekend of the school holidays was PERFECT im glad we made the trip to Ōtaki for a family reunion we enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return again the fire made the place so cosy when you could sit around it with the beach in your view there was lots of space, games were a hit for the kids although we didnt spend most of our time soaking up the beautiful surroundings we had a great experiences, it didnt end there waking up and having the beautiful beach right there was an absolute bonus from sunset to sunrise was stunning!!!

As a couple, we stayed two weeks at this Bach in May and very much enjoyed our stay. Its a lovely home with beautiful views of the ocean and Kapiti Island. There is a house between the beach and this home but as the home is uphill from the beach, the view is still splendid through the large windows or from the yard. Parking is easy. The home is well equipped and cozy. We enjoyed walking to restaurants in Paraparaumu Beach in the evening...a safe and easy 20 or 25 minutes away on foot.

Sam's apartment is small but has everything you need. It's in a great location, very walkable to Lambton Quay and on to Cuba St. You can always catch a bus back and take the lift up through the James Cook Hotel if you're too tired to walk home. I had a bit of trouble checking in as Sam was away and the last guest had not put the key back in the lock box. However, Sam was responsive and had an immediate solution. I was in the double room, which was very comfortable. You might want earplugs to keep out the noise of the motorway. I would happily stay here again.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.
