Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

The house is a modern architecturally-designed retreat with 3 bedrms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrms, kitchen, scullery & large garden with mature trees. This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.
