We are thrilled to launch our wonderful barn conversion, The Coach House, set in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck House in Brooke. You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Private guest suite with own separate entrance - so much more than just a bedroom! Pearle Cottage is a 'chocolate box' grade II listed 16th century thatched cottage and The Annexe was added in 2007. Beautifully set in an acre of gardens and orchard and surrounded by countryside, with a network of footpaths from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Norwich, the coast or the Norfolk Broads. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
