Cosy Private Studio nr Nch Train Station + Parking

The perfect place to stay whether you are visiting family, here to work, on holiday or waiting for your new home to be built. Featuring a good sized lounge/bedroom, built in wardrobe. Just decorated with new carpet (2023). A bathroom with a bath and shower. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. A new energy efficient boiler has also just been installed. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty communal gardens.

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area.
