It is well appointed with vaulted ceilings and windows galore to capture the view of the water and sunsets. There are 6 decks to sit, sun, grill, dine or swim. A lovely single story home that is ADA friendly equipped with a ramp in the back and wheelchair width doors throughout. Conveniently located a short drive from many beaches or downtown Savannah. Within walking distance of downtown Bluffton with tons of awesome galleries, fun shops and amazing food! We have superhost status and strive to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjyable!

We rent the bottom floor of our vacation home - it has its own separate entrances. 900 foot dock to walk to the river to fish, look for porpoises or go crabbing. Watch the herons and egrets in the marsh at low tide.
