Monthly Rentals in Pool of Muckhart

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Horton Cottage. Claire was a very welcoming and helpful host who communicated very clearly and responded in a timeous manner to all our messages. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and in a pretty location. We wish we had a little more time to complete some of the walks right on the doorstep. The central location makes getting to Edinburgh, the east coast and even the highlands to the north very accessible for day trips. Thank you also for our welcome basket too. Regards Gary and Family

Was a perfect place to use as a base for 2 nights as we travelled to Glasgow and Stirling. Super clean. Comfy bed and nice updated kitchen. Washer Dryer was a nice bonus. Quiet sleeping as the Main Street shut down early. Co-op was close to get any last minute food or drink. Lees Chinese next door had great takeaway. Plenty of on street parking.

Second visit for us and hopefully won’t be the last. Beautiful surroundings, clean, modern accommodation with thoughtful touches. Explored more of the walks around the cottage this time and the area is stunning. Highly recommended.

We stayed in multiple locations during our trip around Scotland and this was by far our favorite. Clean, welcoming, and picturesque are only a few words to describe this fairytale location. It is rural which is a wonderful way to be apart of the Scottish country side. We would live there if allowed. Gorgeous!!! Thank you again!
