Very good stay not far from La Spezia train station. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful relaxing time in Thomas’s house, starting with 2 terraces with fantastic view of the green hills and sea in the horizon, the big sky the moon and the sun makes you feel flying, birds singing and breeze caressing really refreshing. The clean air and oxygen makes the place worthwhile for along stay to clean your lungs. This is the big value of this place. We will come back for sure, I just have to look at my schedule. Thomas was very helpful for whatever I needed, he replied promptly and effectively. Also Rosa was actively present to fulfill our needs.Thank you dear Thomas for everything

A superb stay for me and my mother, the host was very kind and responsive, we wished first for a very late check in and then for a early check in and both times the host did what she could to help us, very much appreciated. The house itself was beautifully situated in this quite and charming town and we couldn't asked for more. Only issue we had was the termostater for the apartment, it says both cold and hot and we thought there were air condition and left it on cold, when we returned the room was burning hot and that was a bit of problem, that was no fault of the host of course and she did everything she can to help. But I did hoped that there was a warning note of some kind that says "DON'T touch the termostater during summer" or something similar=))

We had a wonderful vacation. Very quiet and undisturbed location without neighbors in the middle of nature. A cottage that offers everything and is practically and tastefully furnished and equipped. One day we hiked from the house, otherwise always by car: supermarket that leaves nothing to be desired 10 min, beach with sand and public 25 min, Pisa and Genoa about 1.5 h with parking, hiking in the Apuan Alps about 1h. Natural beach 35 min.
