It extends over 2 floors, there is a large room with a stone fireplace, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, it can only be reached on foot uphill for about 200 m. The house is also equipped with free wifi, a barbecue and an outdoor gazebo in the garden. The house is a few kilometers from famous cities such as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
