Monthly Rentals in Ponterio, Todi

Please note that this is a value accommodation. Don't expect the Taj Mahal for $100/night. It is located about 2/3 of the way down Corso Cavour from Piazza Del Popolo, about a 5-minute walk uphill - NOTE: Todi is NOT for those with mobility issues! It is a medieval hill town, after all. Read Bianca's instructions to find the house CAREFULLY. Bianca and her mother were very responsive and gave us all the information in advance. There is free parking nearby, adjacent to the Conad grocery store. The key to the unit is available in a lock box to the side of the door. The place is charming and has everything, including great wifi. We even heated up leftovers twice in the adorable kitchen. NOTE that the unit is on 4 floors! You get cookies, crackers, jams, coffee for the espresso pot, and a bottle of wine - we drank it overlooking the gorgeous view one afternoon. The thermostat is behind a door in the hallway in case it's cool. Ample towels and necessities. Great stay!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Me, my husband and our two children aged 2 and 4 were really great this week of August. The view from that house I don't think we'll forget it anymore. Opening the window or door to the house was always a poem. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The only downside is that the air conditioning is missing, but in the evening, keeping the windows open, it cools a lot. Access to the house may not be for all cars as well. We have a seat Leon 4 series 2021, which is a little low, but we did it carefully. We alternated one day in the pool at home, a day when we visited 1 or 2 nearby cities. We had a great time!

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!
