Monthly Rentals in Ponta de Campina Beach

The space is great, well appointed, with all new and an absurdly beautiful view! The differential for sure was the service of the host Thiago, who helped us whenever necessary and gave tips beyond the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a little bustling beach, ideal for those who prefer more tranquility. But it is also about 30 minutes by car for those who prefer the tourist and bustling waterfront of João Pessoa. The building is quite new, still with apartments to be delivered, so I think the space only tends to improve. I would definitely recommend it to my friends! And I hope come back.

We stayed in this apartment with my husband and baby and we are very happy with this experience, the apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well located, lots of beaches and restaurants are within walking distance, and the residence is very well maintained with a perfect terrace and pool. Simply wonderful the whole process,from the choice of the flat to the opening of the door and seeing the perfection of the place. We felt at home these days we spent there. Michelle always attentive with us. João Pessoa is a city that will be in my annual travel itinerary and will undoubtedly return to Ponta da Campina.

The location of the apartment is away from the center, about 12km, but we rented a car, so it wasn't a problem for us. But this is what we love, the place is quiet, the beach is quiet, the condominium where the apartment stays is excellent, everything is very clean and always organized. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent, a great place for those who want to rest. The only problem we had in the apartment was with the fridge, as it wasn't freezing, but he said he would have to thaw, we didn't have time, but in the condominium there's an ice machine and in the cooler apartment, so we always had cold drinks on the beach. There are many household utensils, for those who want to cook it is great. It really felt like home, it's worth it, an excellent condominium for those with a child, would definitely come back.
