Impeccable kitchen with everything you need. The beloved Paraíso do Atlântico features a mini market, study room, spa, sauna, ice machine, barbecue grills, pizza oven, and more. The leisure area is amazing and faces the ocean. All the rules of the condominium must be complied with, as the lessee is subject to a fine for non-compliance.
