I offer a charming studio near Nantes and its airport. This studio is located on my 1600 m2 plot and is separated from my home by a 50 m2 swimming pool. It is not overlooked except for my animals who will undoubtedly come to greet you (1 dog and 2 cats). Its location is ideal because it is 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Nantes, 35 minutes from the first beaches.
