House vacation rentals in Pont-Saint-Martin

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well-equipped and very well-located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer any questions we had. Thanks again, we recommend this place without a second thought ☺️

The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! Our stay at Bruno's was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was great: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ available. It all looked new and neat. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time at Marion's, who spoiled us! The place is beautiful, 5 minutes' walk from La Chabotterie, in a natural setting. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, and especially equipped with all the necessary accessories (toothbrushes, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap etc. Better than in many hotels) Marion is absolutely adorable, in short, we'll be happy to come back.

Unique place for its tranquility. The exceptional decor (green and wooded) allows you to decompress. Kitchen is refined. Good quality breakfast. The kindness of the owners is an example of friendliness and respect.

Nice holiday home in a restored horse stable. Beautiful authentic elements such as the old beams and authentic facade stone still present. The cottage is very neat, with a new bathroom, a washing machine and in the kitchen are all the basics for cooking. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We were warmly welcomed by Charlene and Philippe. La Chevrolière is a good base for several visits such as le Puy du Fou, the castle of Tiffauges and the island of Noirmoutier.

The house is wonderful and really looks exactly like the pictures. Electric shades across the whole house provide safety and complete darkness. Comfortable beds, linens and towels provided. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, great WiFi across the house, wonderful garden to enjoy in the evening. really everything you need to have a great stay. One bedroom, toilet, shower is downstairs and upstairs you have two bedrooms, one en-suite w shower, a toilet, and another shower. There’s an option upstairs for another room that can be opened to a living room for the upper floor. Genius design! The house is located at the end of a small alleyway so it’s very quiet. Ride to center is about 15 min. Some closer restaurants but best variety and options are in the center. Overall very good stay; highly recommended.
