I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my place! “Villa la Llum” is a tower with incredible ocean views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
