Vacation rentals with a patio in Pollença

We were really happy with the space. It is well equipped, was clean and had everything you need. The location is also great, barely a minute away from the beach and yet you don't get anything from the hustle and bustle on the promenade. The contact with the host was also good, we always got quick and friendly answers. We were also very grateful that we were already able to check in at 12 o'clock instead of 4 pm as stated. Only at one point there is something to complain about: Price for cleaning is exorbitantly high with 140€. Especially for the fact that the garbage must be disposed of yourself (if this is not done, 50€ will be charged as in the description of the apartment). Nevertheless, we were very satisfied and satisfied with price performance.

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

pleasant stay at Nathalia's,the accommodation matches the description of the listing, close to everything, we were advised and welcomed. amenities level there is everything for a pleasant stay. The water fountain and washing machine are a plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Great experience. Amazing place if you’re looking for some comfort and privacy, lots of space inside the house and mostly outside to hang out in the garden and pool area. Close enough to the city center and really strategic place to move to other sides of the island (we rent a car). We were a group of two friends rented two rooms with two bathrooms.

We (three adults and a 3 year old child)felt good in the apartment. On the second floor overlooking the sea. The wonderful beach right next to the yard. Everything necessary was available inside the apartment. The area was quiet and the neighbors behind the walls didn't bother very much. Communication with the property manager Roger was very friendly and good. At a distance of 100 meters was our favorite Spanish family-run restaurant. This is not a luxurious apartment and will need some small improvements in the next future. We were able to tolerate the relatively small deficiencies for 9 days.

I was allowed to spend 4 weeks in this beautiful house. What do I say?! I would come back. I can absolutely recommend this beautiful spot. The house is large, spacious and looks exactly as shown in the photos. The location of the house is perfect for me and my needs. The place is soooo beautiful, quiet, somehow tasteful and special. The sunsets were a dream and you can get everywhere easily by car. You can park right in front of the house and walk to a variety of restaurants. There are 3 small supermarkets in the village. Also within walking distance. And a pharmacy. I worked from here and the Internet allows any remote activity with hours of meetings without any problems. I am really excited and the warmth of Maria and Jaime, who manage this house, is amazing. It was all absolutely straightforward and really great. I am incredibly grateful for these 4 wonderful weeks.

We felt very comfortable. The finca and especially the outdoor area is lovingly and beautifully designed. The owner allowed us to harvest the ripe oranges and lemons. We drank freshly squeezed orange juice every day. The finca is very spacious and clean. And everything you needed was available.

Close to the stand. Everything was there, even in the kitchen. Even coffee, etc. Everything was clean and also cozy. A little expensive for me, but that's how it is when you book a two-room apartment during the Easter holidays. A little question and Justo was there. Nothing to feel.

A very nice house, not far from the beached but at the same lost in nature. The house has everything needed and is easy to manage.

Jacqueline s place was lovely. The rooms are spacious, kitches has everything you need and the location in Pollenca is beautiful. Took me a moment to find a parking spot but later on managed to park on a big parking space which was only a 3 min walk. Hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely stay with the family. The proximity to the beach is very appreciable as well as the pool in the subdivision. Shops are within easy driving distance and there is everything you need.

Ralf is a lovable, open-minded person who warmly and generously welcomes his guests. Everything was perfect, and if we were looking for that, Ralf was happy to chat with us a bit. We will definitely stay with him again on occasion.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. You won’t regret reserving his place. Book it now!

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

My stay at Xavi's Airbnb was fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with the beach within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and a pleasant place to stay. Communication with Xavi was excellent; he was always helpful and ready to assist with anything. During my stay, I developed a good rapport with him. He shared valuable tips about the area and ensured my stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.

The property is the same as the listing. The location is great. Short distances to the supermarkets, the beach and restaurants. Alcudia beach is very nice. Communication with Maxim was easy and hassle-free. Very good is also that there is a parking space on the premises. The only thing that is a bit negative is that there is no lockbox. The apartment is also a bit eavesdropping. Overall, the apartment is recommended.
