Monthly Rentals in Polkville

We stayed for a few days for spring break. It was an awesome, clean, and well decorated place with pretty much everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Rodney was a great host. He communicated well and gave us tips about the area which turned out to be extremely helpful. Thank you Rodney for hosting us!!

I cannot say enough on how Jason was available and understanding of things we encountered while out and about on our trip to NC and worked w us always to the best of his ability. His place was perfect for our needs and we even got to enjoy a campfire one night. It was private & his whole family was awesome and helpful!! Thank you Jason and family for some unforgettable memories!! And for always be available and understanding!!

I loved staying here for a 3 month work contract. My dogs really enjoyed walking around the ponds and hanging out with the ducks! The inside space was perfect for me and was equipped with daily essentials for cooking. Two parks are within a ten min drive with lots of trails to walk. Pam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions . Hated to leave the ducks and the ponds but we may return in the future! Highly recommend for working or travel to the area.
