Sit out on the spacious porch of this classy duplex. Beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick. Added color comes from the patterned rugs and bedspreads, plus select artwork choices. Additional to the queen beds in each of the bedrooms we do offer a full size queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Due to the extra cleaning that is involved to ensure the house is spotless for the our next guests we due charge a $30 pet cleaning fee. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.
