Modern Farmhouse - Carriage House Apartment

This is a wonderful place to stay with all of the comforts of home. Beautifully designed and appointed in a peaceful country setting with a back view and sitting area that calls for a good book and a glass of local wine. Right in NC horse country this beautiful apartment is a great place for a leisurely walk and just a 10 minutes drive to TEIC with great restaurants and entertainment. Over Mountain Vineyard and Looking glass creamery were our favorites, where you can purchase delicious wines and locally made cheese also all within 15 minutes. Beautiful Columbus, Landrum and Saluda with great shops and restaurants are all just a short drive. Look no further, Linda is a wonderful host and this is a perfect place to stay!

Monarch Ridge

BevRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacularly quiet, peaceful, and incredibly private—with sweeping sunrise views across the valley that made every morning feel magical. The private deck was perfect for coffee at dawn, and I especially loved the designated bear-watch area (complete with their very own “bear pool”—such a fun and unique touch!). The home itself is beautifully and comfortably decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. On top of it all, Deanna was super responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable retreat!

Sunburst Lodge

JoeRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Alan is an exceptional host. He was friendly, immediately responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay worked for us. The home itself is truly unique -- almost like staying in a museum of early American history, but very well-appointed with all the amenities we could have asked for (and with modern bathrooms). It was spotlessly clean, and all of the appliances worked well. The location is private and quiet, but easily accessible to Tryon International Equestrian Center, so is perfect for horse shows.

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable and the property was beautiful! Gabe was a wonderful host with great communication. He even brought us board games in the middle of a rainstorm! The kitchen was well stocked, the gas grill was awesome, and hot tub was prefect. Great location with cute towns ans lots to do nearby. Highly recommend, and we hope to visit again!

“The Barn”

KellyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a very calm and relaxing place. It still was close to places to eat and shop, but not too close, as we were needing a bit of a rest from an otherwise very busy week. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a place to still do a little bit of needed work. Thank you to Toni for making it easy to find, check-in, and check out when needed! Highly recommend.

The Cottage at Hood Valley Lane

ScottRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Awesome little cottage. We really couldn’t hear the traffic from the road. We truly enjoyed the very short walk to the river and the bathhouse was clean as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a great small refrigerator as well. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked exceptionally well. We will come back again to stay.

Hilltop Private Tiny Chalet on a Large Farm

KatharineRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This farm is a slice of heaven. Beautiful rolling hills and pastures, lush forrest with a walking trail. The best part is the horses. Often come home to see deer or wild turkey in the meadow. There is a lovely swimming pond with a deck to sun on. The house has everything you could want and functions well. It’s private, nestled away on its own hill. Stocked with amenities and very clean. Joleigh is a thoughtful host and is available if you need anything. I appreciated the fresh flowers. It’s a quick drive to the Tryon Equestrian Center. There’s very cute restaurants in the nearby towns of Saluda and Tryon.
