Very clean, great location,price was perfect. Quiet neighbor hood, close to interstate and lots of restaurants and outlet mall. Definitely would stay again. Host answered very quickly back to my texts.

I had a wonderful stay at Brenda and Michael’s. The house is extremely comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. The neighborhood is charming and felt very safe. Brenda and Michael were excellent communicators and added many thoughtful details to the space, such as local recommendations, a clean Brita, easy WiFi instructions, and a sweet welcome note with snacks. It was a fantastic experience—100x better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay when visiting Ankeny that is able to accommodate the whole family.

I was on a road trip with my retired parents, my dad needs to sleep in a recliner and this place was perfect. clean, comfortable, great communication with the host. I'd stay again if I was in the Des Moines area.

Great neighborhood with numerous beautifully maintained Craftsman style homes, including the rental. You are not going to find many neighborhoods like this one. It feels as if you are transported back to the 1940’s.

Perfect for our bachelorette needs from the amazing basement with accessories for photo shoots, great lighting and a delightful vintage vibe! We had the perfect time with the girls. The decor was truly spot on with with a mix of modern and vintage!

Great spot if you want a fun urban feel. So many great restaurants in walking distance! The views out of the loft bedroom at night were beautiful. Hello, Marjorie is a must check out if you enjoy a unique cocktail experience. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Excellent Stay at Angela’s condominium— I would have loved to stay a few more days to explore all the area had to offer, but it was a quick stop on a long roadtrip. The shower and Steam room was an excellent touch. I would stay again without hesitation.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

This place is the cats meow!! I the heart of downtown with great views, easily walkable to so many places you’ll want to go!! Clean, bright, well thought out decor, just sets this place apart from so many others!! Tons of activities, hot spots, excellent resultants, easily walkable!! Felt safe and secure!! Felt like home away from home!! We will be back!!
