Welcome to Des Moines, Iowa! Within the newly renovated, very spacious, basement oasis with a queen bed and a twin bed in a nearby alcove and an eat-in kitchen. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. There are now stairs. I go by Becky by the way.

It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
