Monthly Rentals in Polk County

The location is a duplex, near a playground we could walk to so it was nice for our kids. Friendly neighbors. There is a train that is a ways away from the unit but it didn’t bother us. Mountain View’s and biking are a short drive away. It was a nice weekend getaway to unplug and relax for us. Would be a nice location for people in a road trip also, I think Mena is a lovely town to stop in on a multi day/week road trip, especially if you like hiking or biking. Next time I want to check out some waterfalls

Wonderful place to stay. Close to a trailhead, quiet, private, with plenty of space for anything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and peaceful stay. The shower was fantastic! Fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and slept great. I’m so happy she had coffee there! I forgot to bring some. Annette has thought of everything when it comes to extras—shampoo & conditioner and body wash (separate men’s and women’s ) noticed seasonings and snack too. Even a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. The spiral stair case wasn’t my thing too narrow to the loft but the loft & bed is cozy and cool view. I slept downstairs and loved watching the rain and trees sway from the bed. Didn’t hear much road noise and heard the train a few times which added character. Excellent stay and enjoyed it! This place is very cute and secluded it's definitely a get away it will be a joy for any one that goes the host is very understanding and always willing to help 😊
